Innovation Takes Centre Stage

Innovation was the focus of this one-of-a-kind event, and no stone was left unturned when it came to creating an elevated and memorable experience. As guests filtered in to Arcadian Court, they were greeted with a full sensory experience — from vibrant blue lighting that illuminated the court’s dramatic archways, to bubbling welcome cocktails served on glowing platters. Passed canapés were taken to another level (literally), delivered to guests by drones. Oyster shuckers roamed the room, interacting with guests as they served up a taste of the sea with a variety of accoutrements.

To cap off the evening, three astounding performers graced the stage — a laser bender, a Viking-like electric violinist, and a video game performer. For dessert, guests cracked through a painted chocolate shell to reveal truffles, brioche, and pavlova. An element of surprise was built into every aspect of the evening, down to the very last bite. Talk about innovative!
